The Ministry of Youth Development and National Service hosted the official Launch for the commencement of the Alternative Learning & Life Skills Enhancement Training (A.L.L. S.E.T.) at the Government Campus Plaza, Port of Spain on Friday.
The A.L.L. S.E.T. Programme – a collaboration between the Ministry of Youth Development and National Service (MYDNS) and the NESC Technical Institute – is designed to foster and promote employability for youth between 18 and 35 years old through training in Heavy Machinery Operations.
