A man in the US state of Texas upset with the noise coming from the apartment above his reportedly took matters into his own hands and found a unique way to handle the matter.
50-year-old Jose Luis Saenz is accused of breaking a hole in the floor of the apartment above his and pepper spraying the occupants.
Reports say the occupants, a mother of two young children, filed a complaint after the incident.
It reportedly stemmed from a series of unresolved noise complaints.
Tennant Teisha Rodriguez captured the incident on video and investigators are said to be shocked as they have never received a complaint of this nature.
Saenz, has refused to comment on the news since it went public but Houston police have confirmed an investigation is underway.
