Officers of Area South, Central Division conducted several exercises overnight arresting a woman and discovering Cocaine in a field.
Around 7 pm officers of the Central Division Task Force (CDTF), CD Gang Unit, a party of officers and Canine DIESEL and BETTY of the Canine Unit had cause to search a 39-year-old female of Tabquite where 74 grammes of marijuana was discovered.
The woman was immediately arrested for Possession of Marijuana and taken to the station for processing.
During another exercise, Canine DIESEL and BETTY assisted officers in an area approximately three miles into a bushy area in Balmain where they discovered 700 grammes of Cocaine.
Investigations are ongoing into both incidents.
