Winston “Gypsy” Peters defends ‘Taste of Carnival’ events

Chairman of the National Carnival Commission, Winston Gypsy Peters, is defending the Taste of Carnival events being held this year even in spite of the various challenges being faced during the Covid-19 pandemic.

Mr Peters said it is important some elements of the festivity can still be held even though it is taking place on a reduced scale.

Mr Peters made the comments while speaking in an interview held on Power 102 Digital Friday morning.
