The West Indies started their Men’s T20 World Cup campaign in true West Indies fashion losing to Scotland.
Scotland raced to 52-0 after 5.3 overs and eventually ended their innings at made 160-5, but a mixture of woeful batting and disciplined bowling saw the Windies bowled out for 118, losing their Group B opener by 42 runs.
The result means West Indies, who are ranked seventh in the world, will likely need to win both of their remaining games against Ireland and Zimbabwe to progress.
