The Meteorological Services of Trinidad and Tobago (TTMS) says predawn showers will give way to a partly cloudy day with occasional light to moderate showers in some areas. There is the 60% (medium) chance the heavier shower or thunderstorm activity favouring western and southern areas of Trinidad.
Gusty winds and street flooding likely in the vicinity of heavier showers and thunderstorms.
Conditions will persist intermittently overnight.
