Wayne Chance
Founder of Vision on Mission Wayne Chance has passed away. Mr Chance has been receiving treatment at the Sangre Grande oncology center for months. He died at 8:45 pm on Sunday.
The concept of Vision on Mission is birthed in the depths of the prison system within the heart of Wayne Chance. Mr Chance as former inmate turned his life into a mission for exconvicts providing restorative justice and rehabilitation for many.
