THA Culture Secretary, Tashia Burris says Tobago’s Carnival has received positive reviews as she claimed that it also showcased opportunities for economic advancement among other benefits.
However, Founder of the Progressive Democratic Patriots, Watson Duke, said there is need for an apology to come from the THA Chief Secretary for the festival (which saw many of its events rained out).
Mr Duke highlighted several challenges and said there are areas of the festival which need to be improved.
