Concern is coming from Political Leader of the Progressive Democratic Patriots, Watson Duke, on the delay in the appointment of board members to oversee the operations of the Tobago Regional Health Authority.
Mr Duke also raised issue with the appointment of a Chief Executive Officer for the TRHA without the presence of board members.
Mr Duke read some of the contents of the THA Act on the development insisting the THA Act cannot override the RHA Act.
He describes what transpired as illegal.
