When driving along the Churchill Roosevelt Highway (CRH) on any given day, it is not strange to see a few vendors plying their trade.
Some items are mainstays such as water and nuts while others are seasonal from corn to the citrus fruit, portugal.
Many drivers and commuters purchase items from them, except for one dishonest passenger who stole a bag of cotton candy from a vendor.
The video of the incident went viral on Twitter with many calling for the driver and the passenger to be reprimanded.
In the 13-second video, the vendor is talking to the driver on the right-hand side of the vehicle before he goes around the passenger side.
The vendor appears to be talking to the passenger before the car begins to drive away, at which point the passenger pulls a bag of cotton candy before the car speeds away.
Many persons have been trying to identify the driver and are asking persons to identify the vehicle if it is seen.
There is also a call to support the cotton candy vendor if he is seen on the highway.
