Vehicle involved in accident where woman died belonged to Archdiocese

The Roman Catholic Church in the Archdiocese of Port of Spain is offering condolences to the family, and praying for the repose of the soul of the woman who died in a vehicular accident on the Audrey Jeffers Highway, Cocorite on the evening of Saturday 12th February, 2022.
The vehicle involved in the accident is owned by the Archdiocese, but contrary to a media report, the Archbishop does not have a driver, nor was he involved in this tragic accident.
The Church continues to cooperate with the investigation in this matter.
