Vaccines “best chance” of getting children back to school – Education minister

With schools tentatively set to reopen in the coming weeks, students between the ages of 12 and 18 are being encouraged to get their vaccination.

Noting that children have been out of school for 18 months, Education Minister Dr Nyan Gadsby-Dolly this morning pointed to the worldwide response by the education fraternity to the pandemic.

She told Power 102 Digital that the vaccine is among several measures which have been put in place to allow a return to physical schooling.
