UWI students charged with marijuana possession

Two students of the University of the West Indies (UWI) were changed with possession of marijuana.

Joshua Rojas and Lydia Gayadeen were held on Saturday night in Arima with several marijuana-laced brownies and cookies. Also charged along with the students is Kerrie-Ann Gayadeen who is a secondary school teacher. The trio appeared in Court yesterday to answer to the charges; Rojas pleaded guilty to the offences.
