Olympic legend Usain Bolt says he is waiting on COVID-19 test results after having tested for the virus in Saturday.
SportsMax reported that Nationwide radio in Jamaica said on that the now-retired 100m and 200m world record holder had tested positive for the virus.
However Bolt issued a video message saying he took the test on Saturday is waiting on results.

Bolt, who celebrated his 34th birthday last Friday, is among the latest numbers of Jamaicans to have tested virus which has infected more than 1500 Jamaicans to date.
Local media in Jamaica expressed concern over Bolt’s party amid reports over a lack of face masks although it is unclear if safety precautions were followed or not.
There is a video making it’s rounds on social media showing Usian Bolt celebrating his birthday with other athletes – Chris Gayle among them.

Jamaica has had a confirmed total of 1,413 Covid-19 cases and 16 deaths on the island of around 3million.
Fifteen of those infected have died.
