Reports indicate Kyiv officials say the Ukrainian leader expressed his “sadness” upon hearing the news.
Meanwhile, Russia President spokesman, Dmitry Peskov, commenting on the matter said he hoped “more professional people” who could “make decisions through dialogue” would take over in London.
