The Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago, UDeCOTT today reported that it recorded its first positive COVID-19 case.
According to a media release issued by the company this afternoon, the company recorded the case on Saturday 22nd August.
The employee’s last day of work was on Tuesday 18th August. UDeCOTT said after being notified of the positive case they embarked on a deep sanitization exercise at their Sackville and Richmond Street Offices and advised staff of the Finance Department to quarantine for the recommended 14 day period.
According to UDeCOTT, sanitization took place on Sunday 23rd August. The company said COVID-19 protocols have been implemented at all branches and project sites.
