The Ministry of Health has reported two new positive cases of covid19, one of which is said to be a recently repatriated person.
There are now 100 active cases of the virus in the country.
In its latest clinical update, the Ministry noted that he number of positive cases reported reflects the samples taken during the period March 2nd – 4th and not the previous 24 hours.
It added that 15 patients are at hospital with covid19 while 441 persons are at state quarantine facilities and five are at step-down facilities.
Some 78 persons are in home self-isolation.
The Ministry also noted that of the 7 729 confirmed cases of the virus from March 2020 to present, 7 490 have recovered.
The death toll remains at 139.
