Two men, both 36 years old, were denied bail when they appeared virtually before Senior Magistrate (Ag) Aden Stroude at the Siparia
Magistrates’ Court on Monday 3rd May, 2021.
KELLY JOHN, of Beetham Gardens, was charged with two counts of burglary and with possession of a firearm and ammunition, while PETER WILLIAMS, of La Horquetta, was charged with two counts burglary.
Both men were remanded into custody and the matter was postponed to Friday 28th May, 2021.
Both men were arrested and charged after PC Khaleel conducted enquires and into the report of a burglary which occurred in Penal on
Friday 30th April, 2021, where jewellery valued at $10,000 and computer equipment valued at $9,000 were allegedly stolen.
