Two Energy Companies Doing Ground Work Ahead Of Dragon Gas Field Exploration Project

Since obtaining the 30 year exploration and production license to explore and produce natural gas from the Dragon Field in Venezuela to Trinidad and Tobago, the National Gas Company and Shell have been doing the require ground work.

The license was granted on December 21st 2023.

This relates to matters pertaining to the procurement of survey vessels, engineering designs, planning of well work and costing.

Prime Minister, Dr Keith Rowley, told the parliament Friday all the necessary ground work activities are being done before the project moves into another phase.
