A 28-year-old man was shot to death in Second Caledonia Morvant on Sunday morning.
The victim has been identified as Nkosi Lewis from Pasea Street Tunapuna.
Reports state that around 10:25am, officers responded to reports of loud explosions coming from a small street.
On arrival, they found Lewis on the ground with gunshot wounds.
The man was rushed to the Eric Williams Medical Sciences Complex, but was pronounced dead on arrival.
