TTUTA says that schools are not ready for the full return to classes

The Trinidad and Tobago Unified Teachers Association says that schools are not ready for the full return to classes.
First Vice President of the Association Marlon Seals says that TTUTA is not convinced that the Education Ministry is ready for the reopening.
They say they have sources who have informed them that there is not enough furniture and there are issues with staff shortages.
TTUTA’s Tobago Officer Braydon Roberts echoes these sentiments saying that they too are concerned with the lack of furniture at schools ahead of their opening on Wednesday one day later than Trinidad.
He says a number of schools on the sister isle lack furniture for both teachers and students.
