The Trinidad and Tobago national women’s football team will host Aruba this evening as they vie for a qualifying spot for the 2020 Women’s Olympic Football Tournament. Kickoff begins at 5:00p.m.
In a statement posted to the Facebook page of SporTT, the Soca Princesses began training for the tournament during the past few weeks at the Home of Football venue in Couva. Following the match today, they will meet Antigua and Barbuda on October 2, St. Kitts and Nevis on October 6, and the Dominican Republic on October 8. The qualifiers are set to span nine days beginning this evening and ending on October 8th. All matches will be played at the venue in Couva.
