T&T’s bake and saltfish featured in ‘Around the World’ series on Tik Tok

Saltfish has added salt and dried to keep from spoiling, however it is high in protein and low in fat; once ready to cook you have to either leave it soaking in the refrigerator overnight or soak for 10-15 minutes then boil in water before other ingredients can be added.

Canadian Tik Tok fitness guru and nutritionist Elanne Boake decided to make a good ole’ bake and salt fish as part of her ongoing ‘Around the World’ series where she highlights food from different countries around the globe,
