Deputy Commissioner of Police McDonald Jacob and the Executive of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Serviceis today sending condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of Police Constable Jomo Gulston, attached to the Inter-Agency Task Force.
PC Gulston, 38, died during a shooting incident on Sunday.
In a media release the TTPS said Constable Gulston leaves to mourn his common-law wife, mother, father and three brothers.
PC Gulston enlisted into the service in September 2014.
Inspector Taylor of the Duncan Street, IATF Post, where PC Gulston was last attached, said ‘Gully’ as he was affectionately called by his colleagues, was a very dedicated, hardworking, honest and intelligent officer, who always had a smile on his face.
He said, PC Gulston will be deeply missed.
