TTPS Assures Law And Order Will Be Maintained During Tobago Easter Weekend Festivities

Proactive measures are being taken by the Police Service ahead of the Easter holidays and the public is assured the Tobago Division is determined to ensure law and order will be maintained before, during and after this period.

The update comes from Acting Superintendent of the Tobago Division, Rodhill Kirk, while speaking at the weekly TTPS news briefing held at the Police Administration Building, Port-of-Spain Thursday morning.

Acting Superintendent Kirk said last year, over 60,000 persons visited Tobago for the Easter weekend and this time around police officers are prepared to do what is required when it comes to safety and security of all who visit to the island.

Acting Superintendent Kirk said the TTPS will continue to adopt a team work approach as it carries out its duties in Tobago.
