TTPost warns of fraudulent text messages being sent to people demanding the recipients pay a sum of money in order to collect their mail.
In an update, TTPost said it’s aware of fraudulent SMS, WhatsApp and email messages being circulated requesting customers to “make online payments for packages and updating/uploading your personal information”.
TTPost said it has not requested personal information from its customers or issued any messages regarding online payments.
The company said these fraudulent notifications are not associated with TTPost.
It said customers should visit their official website at https://ttpost.net as the secured source for information regarding their services.
