TT Red Force Set 417 To Win In West Indies Championship match Against Guyana Harpy Eagles

Four hundred and seventeen runs is the victory target for Trinidad and Tobago Red Force cricketers in their third round West Indies Championship match against Guyana Harpy Eagles.

In pursuit of the total, Red Force lost opener Jeremy Solozano for no score, Keagan Simmons 8 and Jason Mohammed 13.

A short while ago Red Force reached 82 for 3 still trailing by 336 runs with Captain Darren Bravo not out on 60 and  Jyd Goolie 14.

The game is being played at the Brian Lara Cricket Stadium, Tarouba.

Eagles made 324 runs in the first inning and 247 for 6 declared in their second innings.

Kemol Savory top scored for the visitors with 101 not out.

Former West Indies player Leon Johnson contributed 74 runs.

Both shared in a fourth wicket partnership of 141 runs pushing the score from 80 for 3 to 221 for 4.

At lunch Eagles reached 187 for 3 runs.

The Red Force batters have struggled to stamp their dominance in the game being dismissed for 160 runs in their first innings.
