TT Men’s Senior football team won tonight’s World Cup Qualifier match against regional opponent, Guyana 3-0, in the Dominican Republic; placing the country on top of Group F, ahead of St Kitts and Nevis.
Sheldon Bateau put T&T ahead with 2-0 on 15′ while Ryan Telfer brought it home with 3-0 and in the 8th minute at the start of the match, Levi Garcia put T&T ahead with 1-0.
The Germany 2006 participants netted three first-half goals to ensure the contest in neutral San Cristobal was virtually over by the midway point.
