Tropical Storm Chantal forms in the North Atlantic. Chantal is a 40-mph storm located more than 450 miles southeast of Halifax, Nova Scotia.It’s moving east 15-20 mph and remaining over the northern Atlantic Ocean.
Tropical Storm Chantal has developed, the third named storm of the 2019 Atlantic hurricane season.
This is the third named storm of the 2019 season and poses no threat to Trinidad and Tobago or the Caribbean.
