Trinidad And Tobago To Host 2023 Commonwealth Youth Games

The Commonwealth Youth Games will take place in Trinidad and Tobago from August 4-11.

The event will see more than 1,000 young athletes, from 72 Nations and Territories across the Commonwealth; compete in seven sports – Aquatics (Swimming), Athletics and Para Athletics, Cycling (Road and Track), Triathlon, FAST5 Netball, Rugby Sevens, and Beach Volleyball.

Athlete, venue and logistics planning for the Games is on track and moving forward at pace.

The Games will take place in venues across Trinidad and Tobago, showcasing the twin islands’ sporting infrastructure.

Significant progress has been made in preparing the selected venues, including comprehensive venue assessments and plans for refurbishments and upgrades.
