Trinibad artiste Kalonji was shot in The Brix Hotel car park in Cascade.
The Tobago born artiste was shot multiple times on Friday at around 2:30pm, while in the company of his girlfriend, Bridget James, 25, who died at the scene of the crime.
Kalonji was taken to the POSGH for treatment.
The Delaford born artiste is currently hospitalized having received several gunshot wounds to the leg.
Several photos of the couple enjoying James’s birthday celebration at the Brix Hotel were posted to social media prior to leaving the premises.
Kalonji reportedly reps the ‘Anybody Get It Gang ( ABG or 8).
