Fire officers are currently on the scene at Trincity Mall, where a fire is said to have broken out.
The entire facility was evacuated and customers and staff could be seen filtering outside.
This is the second time this year that a small fire has been reported.
The origin of the blaze and the extent of damage has not yet been revealed.
