A traffic warden allegedly asked an off-duty police officer for his license and insurance, but he refused to show his license.
It is alleged that he identified himself as an officer of the law.
An argument ensued between the alleged officer and traffic warden to which she was placed in handcuffs.
The incident took place on Frederick street, P.o.S. on Monday January 30fh.
