Traffic disruption along Highway in Curepe

Scheduled works along the Churchill Roosevelt Highway between Morequito Avenue and the new Curepe Intersection will cause traffic disruption for motorists beginning today.

In a statement issued by the National Infrastructure Development Company Limited (NIDCO), the schedule works will begin today and end on December 4th. NIDCO said there will be temporary lane closures along the eastbound and westbound lanes. However, two lanes will remain open giving motorists access to the highway at all times. The planned work is expected to take place between the hours of 7:00a.m to 5:00pm on the eastbound lane and 10:00am to 5:00pm on the westbound lane.

Motorists are asked to proceed with caution and obey the directions issued by police officers.
