Tracy Davidson Celestine makes big promises if PNM gets reelected in Tobago

PNM Tobago Council Political Leader Tracy Davidson Celestine says that she has plans to take the sister isle to the next level, that is once the PNM is re-elected on December 6.
She made the comments while speaking at a PNM meeting in Bon Accord on Sunday night.
