Tourism Trinidad Limited Implements Visitor Relationship Management System

A Visitor Relationship Management System is now in place in Trinidad and Tobago.

Under the arrangement visitor ambassadors are located all though out Port of Spain during the cruise ship season.

Their role is to take feedback from visitors through a survey.

The details will be  collected from the survey, results compiled and information provided to the Tourism Trinidad Limited for improvement.

Minister of Tourism, Culture and the Arts, Randall Mitchell, told the parliament Friday afternoon, this was a project of the former Tourism Development Company which was not implemented prior to the disillusion of that company in 2017.

Tourism Trinidad Limited which is a successor to the TDC is currently developing a system through what has been described as existing surveys and development of visitor data bases to identify potential areas of improvement to the visitor experience, to allow better management of visitor relationship and allow a feedback mechanism  for the tourism sector.
