Tourism Min. – Desperadoes new pan site “a cultural experience”

Fourteen million dollars is the cost to tax payers for the Desperadoes Pan Theatre which will be constructed on Nelson Street, Port of Spain.

On Tuesday the official sod turning ceremony was held to mark the start of the project which will be carried out by the Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago.

The venture is part of the government’s plan for the Revitalization of East Port of Spain.

Speaking at the event Tourism Minister, Randall Mitchell, said the project when completed will be an income earner and also give visitors a cultural experience.
