Popular local entertainer and social media sensation, Donnell Phillip aka Top Dog Donnell has passed away, due to Covid-19; this according to several posts made to his Instagram stories.
With 59.6K followers Phillip would always put a smile on everyone’s faces with his funny antics and dances.
He was also featured in a number of Soca music videos including Bass Trilo-G’s “Take It”.
Phillip was fighting for his life in ICU before he was pronounced dead.
