Tobago puts on Independence Day production

Independence Day is celebrated annually in Trinidad and Tobago on August 31st.
On that day in 1962, the country gained its independence from Great Britain; however, on the country’s 58th year, there won’t be any Independence Day parade.
However, the Tobago House of Assembly Chief Secretary, Ancil Dennis took part in a production to commemorate the day, which included his Independence Day address to the nation.
The event was held at the Scarborough Library on Friday, August 28,2020.
