Tobago man denied bail for sexual penetration of a minor

KELLON ALEXANDER, also known as JUSTIN and KEYLON ALEXANDER, appeared virtually to answer to the charge of sexual
penetration.

He was denied bail by Scarborough Magistrate Jo-Anne Connor yesterday.

The matter was adjourned to April 16th, 2021.

On February 2nd, 2021, a 14-year-old girl reported that around 2 am a man asked her to come into his vehicle. He then drove to an area at the Mason Hall Playing field where he had sexual intercourse with her against her will.

KELLON ALEXANDER a 29-year-old sanitation worker, of Breadfruit Alley, Argyle, Tobago, was charged by PC Mitchell of the Child Protection Unit Tobago on April 10th, 2021.

The investigation was spearheaded by W/Supt (Ag) Clair Guy-Alleyne, ASP (Ag) Roberts and the investigation was supervised by Sgt. Miller.
