From today to May 5 th 2021 there will be three repatriation flights bringing Trinidad and Tobago nationals from Canada, Barbados and Miami.
This was revealed by Principal Medical Officer of Institutions, Maryam Abdool Richards. The senior medical official made the disclosure at the virtual news briefing held by the Ministry of Health today.
Meanwhile, Epidemiologist, Dr Avery Hinds, said from trends noticed recently more women are dying from COVID-19.
However, Dr Hinds warned the population not to take COVID-19 for granted.
