The Performance Of Gary Griffith Assessed By A Former Member Of The Police Service Commission.

Openness and transparency and increase in public confidence, these are some of the factors cited by former member of the Police Service Commission, Martin George, as elements which stood out during the tenure of Gary Griffith as head of the Trinidad and Tobago Police Service.

Mr George said he was impressed with efforts to make the TTPS more user friendly.

Mr George also highlighted positives coming out from the Legal Unit within the TTPS which have helped in the transformation of the service.

Mr George said he knows the Police Service Commission will take into account the various factors which will form part of its deliberations as it goes about the selection process.
