The NPTA says that it is concerned about the infrastructural readiness of schools

The National Parent Teacher Association (NPTA) has described the decision to allow all students to return to school as an excellent one.

However, the Association has expressed concern about the infrastructural readiness of schools.

They listed rotten/termite-ridden furniture and doors, non-functional water pumps and water tanks that need to be cleaned prior to reopening.

Speaking with News Power Now this morning Interim Officer of the NPTA Kevin David said that two major concerns are the general sanitization of the schools and Covid protocols should there be a Covid outbreak and one of the schools.
