Going back to the polls is cited as the way out to end the six –six deadlock in the Tobago House of Assembly.
This is the view of THA Chief Secretary, Ancil Dennis.
Chief Secretary Dennis made the comment while speaking at the THA’s post executive council news briefing this week.
Attempts have been made to constitute the THA but this did not bring a positive outcome following the January elections.
Discussions held between the People’s National Movement and the Progressive Democratic Patriots to reach common ground were also not successful.
Chief Secretary Dennis is also defending the legality of the current Assembly.
