Ten more families have lost their loved ones due to Covid-19 locally.
The persons were four elderly males, four elderly females and two middle aged females.
Eight persons had multiple comorbidities including high blood pressure, heart disease and cancer.
Two persons had known comorbidities.
In its latest clinical update on Thursday afternoon, the Ministry of Health said this brings the total number of Covid-19 related deaths to one thousand, six hundred and sixty-eight.
The Ministry said three hundred and eight –six additional persons have tested positive for Covid-19.
It said twenty-four persons have been discharged from public health facilities.
The Ministry said there have been two hundred and forty-nine recovered community cases.
