Temporary disruption at WASA’s customer call centre

The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers and the general public who may be attempting to contact our Customer Call Centre that, service at its toll-free 800-4420/4426 is currently unavailable – Thursday 15th October, 2020.

Service provider technicians are presently addressing the situation.

However, customers can continue to reach the Centre, via email at custom[email protected]; webchat at www.wasa.gov.tt; or our Facebook page WASA Trinidad & Tobago.

The Authority apologises for the inconvenience and thanks customers for their understanding.
