The Water and Sewerage Authority (the Authority) advises customers and the general public who may be attempting to contact our Customer Call Centre that, service at its toll-free 800-4420/4426 is currently unavailable – Thursday 15th October, 2020.
Service provider technicians are presently addressing the situation.
However, customers can continue to reach the Centre, via email at [email protected]; webchat at www.wasa.gov.tt; or our Facebook page WASA Trinidad & Tobago.
The Authority apologises for the inconvenience and thanks customers for their understanding.
