Faith Ramsubagh, 18, of Green Hill Avenue, Taradole, has been charged with the murder of Kadijah Flament, who was reported missing on June 10th, 2021.

Ramsubagh’s brother, Kyle Delande, alias “Iron Beast”, 27, a scrap iron dealer, of the same address, was charged with the offence of disposal of a body. Both accused will appear virtually before a San Fernando Magistrate on Monday July 5th, 2021. A third suspect, age 30, remains warded at the St Ann’s Hospital.
The decision by the Homicide Bureau to lay the charges followed advice received on Saturday July 3rd, 2021 from Deputy Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP), Joan Honore-Paul. Constable Jagessar laid the charges.
Flament, 25, a mother of one, was last seen at Building 8, Olera Heights Vistabella, on June 7th, 2021. She was reported missing three days later.
