The 18-year-old boy who chopped to death his wheelchair-bound grandmother last week Sunday was charged for her murder last week Friday.
The accused, Chaguanas teenager Devanand Bahadur is reported to have bludgeoned his 83-year-old grandmother, Polly Bahadur, to death at her Charlieville home. She is also reported to have sustained multiple chop wounds about her body. The teen and grandmother lived in the same house.
The teen will re-appear in court on Friday 27th, September to answer the charge.
