All Massy Stores Supermarkets across the country have been affected by technical challenges with front-end, checkout systems.
In a media release on Thursday Massy said these challenges impact customer shopping experience as items cannot be purchased from store locations or pharmacies at this time.
Massy Stores said its technical team is working assiduously to restore functionality in the shortest possible time, while investigating the root cause of the issue.
It said customers will be notified when the system is fully restored at all stores.
Surepay and Moneygram customers are also advised to visit alternative locations to access bill payment and wire money transfer services.
Massy Card holders should also retain copies of their bills for which the respective Massy Points will be credited, as points will not be automatically added to Massy Card accounts at this time.
Its curbside and delivery services have also been suspended pending the full restoration of the system.
