Question Mark Entertainment Co-founder, Simon Baptiste, says now is a good time to adopt a teamwork approach in the cultural and entertainment industry.
Baptiste says this method will help the sector go a long way amid challenges brought on by the COVID-19 pandemic.
Speaking on the Power Breakfast Programme on Power 102fm on Wednesday, Baptiste highlighted the factors which can help the nation accomplish this.
Baptiste, who served as the director of the International Soca Monarch (ISM) this year, also answered a question posed to him on the merger of the Culture and Tourism Ministry.
He described the move by the state as a step in the right direction.
